About The Market at 7th Street

The Market at 7th Street is a bustling urban food destination in the heart of Charlotte's Center City! The Market is a nonprofit whose mission is to celebrate the food culture of the Carolinas and promote local and regional farmers, food artisans and entrepreneurs. The Market provides high quality, fresh and affordable food, as well as local products, seven days a week.

Located at 224 E 7th St, Charlotte, NC 28202, The Market at 7th Street operates as a food court serving Charlotte in North Carolina. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as beer hall, cheese shop, coffee shop, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

These businesses tend to have short hours built around lunch and early dinner rather than late-night service, so checking the listed hours before heading out in Charlotte saves a wasted trip. Seating is often limited or first-come, and many locations lean toward takeout or delivery rather than dining in. Prices are generally lower than full-service restaurants in the same category, which makes this group a reliable option for a fast, inexpensive meal across North Carolina. Portions can be smaller at food-court counters than at a stand-alone restaurant, so ordering two items is common for a full meal. Many of these businesses are independently owned even inside a shared food hall, so hours, accepted payment methods and whether a counter takes online orders can differ from stall to stall within the same building.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 8 am–9 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. No phone number is listed for this business, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best route for directions and any contact details Google has on file. More information is available on its website, themarketat7thstreet.com.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.5 out of 5 from 3,832 reviews, which is a strong result for a food court in Charlotte and suggests consistent service.

Charlotte is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Charlotte is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across North Carolina's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Gino Ds Pizza.....I Decided To Try The 10 Inch Combination Pizza...With Extra Sauce..First Its Extremely Small,I Had To Ask For Extra Sauce After It Was Done... It Was Good..However Not Enough For Me To Eat A Second Time..The Crust Was Thin, What Bothered Me Is The Sauce. This Is One Of The Most Important Ingredients On A Pizza..It Was A Mixture Of Pizza & Spaghetti Sauce? Not Much Flavor. I Had To Load It With Pepper, Salt & Oregano. Basically It Was Bland!!! The Major Worst Part!! $26.00 SMH. Now A Majority Of Us Law Abiding Citizens Are Deciding Every Week Which Bills To Pay , Grocery Prices Are Insane..Im Wondering If Geno Is Aware Of The Struggling Economy??? It Wasnt Worth The Money... So Geno Ds Is Now Geno Is A Dam Shame, Dam Foolish And Dam Insensitive To Charge These Prices..My Pizza Journey Continues..

It’s a nice spot to check out when visiting Charlotte. It’s right off the rail line. The food hall is on the smaller side, with about 8 or so food options, dessert, and a things shop with really cool Charlotte memorabilia to grab. Be sure to park inside the parking garage, grab a ticket, and get your parking pass validated after purchase of an item from the food hall. Up to 2 hours of free parking. Plenty time to grab a bite to eat from inside and hangout!

I wish I really knew about this place when I moved here. This woman-owned business facility has some of the best smelling best tasting food that I had ever seen next to the days when I was in Boston, Philadelphia, New York. The food was to die for the ambiance was great. The staff were phenomenal. I'm going to go one more time before I move to London, but let me tell you if you're looking for something to enjoy

This was my first time visiting the market at 7th street. I went there on a Sunday after a March. We all were starving. The only thing they really had was pizza to eat, it was overpriced and for canned soda,Two dollars and twenty five cent is outrageous. The young man that was cleaning the tables. He was doing amazing job trying to keep everything clean, not sure what his name was but he worked very hard. A tight place to sit down and eat.
